You can’t wear polka dots with polka dots…
Or can you?
I fall into the camp that believes you absolutely can!
This was my outfit on a rainy Monday where I did indeed put polka dots with even more polka dots.
The brilliant thing about the style is that we will all have our own views on the matter but I happen to believe these two items do go together……for not just one, but two reasons.
Firstly there is a lovely relationship between both pieces because of the colour palette (they are both using black and white) and second is the fact the scale is different.
By this I mean that one set of dots is bigger than the other and it’s this difference in scale that makes it work.
It makes it more interesting and less “matchy matchy” in my humble opinion than if the dots were all the same size.
